The Pennsylvania Boating Association is a non-profit association of individual boaters, boating clubs, and marine trades people, charted under the laws of Pennsylvania. Its objectives are the protection and improvement of recreational boating by facilitating the exchange of information, analysis of problems and appropriated legislative action. There are no paid employees. All work is carried on by volunteers under supervision of the Board of Directors whose membership is elected to provide representation from all areas of the Commonwealth.
